Processing

Selection: Choosing the best and highest quality of fresh seafood.

Cleaning: Remove any dirt, scales, or unwanted parts.
Chilling: Products are placed in an ice bath to preserve freshness.
Packaging: Packing in Styrofoam boxes with gel ice packs for storage, transportation, and freshness.
